Jason David Frank，即是在Power Rangers系列中，飾演Tommy Oliver（台譯大明/湯米）的人。

At age 4, Jason began to get interested in the martial arts, and began to attend The Red Dragon Karate School. At age 12, he began teaching other kids karate. At age 18, he ran his own karate school, called Jason Frank's Tuso Kune Do Karate.

Jason has been recognized for all his hard work and efforts. In 1990, he won the grand champions at the Las Vegas Winter Nationals. Then, in 1994, he was nominated for the Black Belt Hall of Fame by the American Karate and Kung Fu Confederation.

 In the acting scheme of things, Jason began auditioning parts at age 12, but "never landed anything." At age 19, however, he landed a big role that would play a major part in his career. He was chosen to play Tommy Oliver, the Green Ranger, on Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. The directors told him, "We'll teach you how to act, just keep kicking like you do."

十二歲開始試鏡，一直到十九歲才演出人生的第一齣戲：Power Rangers。

 Jason has always said that he wanted to be the next Bruce Lee.
